LinkedIn GTM Information-Use Notice

Applies to: LinkedIn GTM enrollment, subscription administration, implementation, and campaign delivery.

Provider: Insource LV, LLC dba Insource Leads.

1. Information We Process

Depending on the service activity, information may include:

• Subscriber name, entity name where applicable, contact name, business email, and authorized user details.
• Selected plan, profile quantity, LinkedIn URLs, and Sales Navigator availability.
• Enrollment, agreement acceptance, payment, renewal, cancellation, and implementation records.
• ICP criteria, campaign instructions, exclusions, messaging, and approvals.
• Prospect business contact details, profiles, replies, lead classifications, and follow-up information.
• Support correspondence and technical records needed for security and reliable operation.

Payment information is collected through Square’s payment process. Our subscription records use payment references and limited transaction information rather than raw card numbers or security codes.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Process enrollment and administer authorized recurring payments.
• Arrange Discovery and Set-Up.
• Develop targeting and messaging.
• Document Client approvals.
• Operate campaigns and review responses.
• Score leads, send alerts, and provide reporting.
• Review Program performance and recommend adjustments.
• Respond to support and cancellation requests.
• Protect accounts, prevent fraud, maintain records, and meet legal obligations.

Enrollment authorizes necessary service communications. It does not automatically enroll the contact in unrelated promotional communications.

3. Who Receives Information

Information is accessible to authorized Insource Leads personnel and service providers supporting payment processing, hosting, CRM, workflow automation, email delivery, campaign execution, and reporting.

Square processes payment information under its own applicable terms and privacy notice. LinkedIn processes profile and Sales Navigator information under its own terms and privacy notice.

We may disclose information where legally required or reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect rights, or address security incidents.

This subscription does not authorize sale of identifiable enrollment information or campaign conversations to unrelated businesses.

4. AI-Assisted Processing

If AI tools are used for messaging assistance, response classification, or reporting, information shared with them must be limited to what is necessary and covered by appropriate vendor terms and access controls.

AI output may be reviewed or corrected by staff. Lead classifications support sales follow-up and do not guarantee prospect intent.

Client retains final approval of campaign messaging and Sales Navigator ICP filters.

We will disclose material changes in information use before implementing them and obtain additional consent where required.

5. Retention and Security

We retain information for service delivery and legitimate accounting, contractual, security, and legal needs. Information no longer needed will be deleted or de-identified under our retention procedures.

We apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information processed. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Ending the subscription stops campaign processing except for necessary closure, retained records, and other legally permitted purposes. Where applicable, Client may request return or deletion of campaign information, subject to legal retention requirements and third-party rights.

6. Questions and Privacy Requests

Contact info@insourceleads.com to ask about information use or request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available under applicable law.

We may verify identity and authority before acting. Where we process information for Client, we may coordinate the request with Client. If a request is denied, you may reply to the decision to request review or appeal where applicable.

This notice addresses this service. Any additional website tracking, advertising, international processing, or other information practices must be disclosed in the applicable website privacy notice.

“I am enrolling on my own behalf or am authorized to enroll the company identified above. I agree to the LinkedIn GTM Subscription Agreement and acknowledge the Information-Use Notice.”

Recurring Charge Authorization — Required, Unchecked

“I authorize Insource Leads to charge [AMOUNT] today and every 28 days thereafter until canceled. My next charge is [DATE]. Billing begins at Program Enrollment, and my first paid period includes implementation. Client-requested pauses are not available. I may stop my subscription before the next charge through Manage Subscription or by emailing info@insourceleads.com. Sales Navigator is purchased separately.”
